In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Santa's Christmas Land may close any of the attractions without notice. Ticket holders grant Santa's Christmas Land the right to film, video or photograph ticket holders for any purpose whatsoever without any payment or compensation of any kind.
Please remember this is primarily an outdoor Christmas festival so please dress appropriately (including footwear). Since this is WNY there is a good chance there may be snow on the walkways at times. Please use caution and proceed at your own risk.
